Jo Meadows is a registered nutritionist who provides no nonsense, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle advice you can trust. As well as running one-to-one clinics, Jo also hosts nutrition events and webinars for both individuals and workplaces combining leading research & 360 advice to help optimise wellbeing.

Specialist areas include – general eating for wellness, women’s health, perimenopause, menopause and weight management.

Jo strongly believes that everyone should have access to good health care and therefore offers reduced or group rates for those where private consultations are not affordable (via GP referral).
